You are a qualified engineer, or have significant industry experience in a relevant engineering discipline such as mechanical, electrical, electronic or mechatronics engineering. Passionate about developing future talent, you can bring technical knowledge to life and help learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.
You have strong communication and organisational skills, enjoy working collaboratively, and are committed to delivering an outstanding learner experience. A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one, is essential, alongside a commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding and continuous professional development
