Overview

SGS has an exciting opportunity at our Stroud and Horizon 38 campuses. Lecturer/Assessor in Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeships (Architectural Joiner)

Location: Horizon 38/Stroud | FTE Salary: Up to £36,099 plus £3,000 market supplement (salary is dependent on qualifications and experience) | Contract Type: Part time, Permanent | Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of construction apprenticeships
• Responsibility for a cohort of construction apprentices
• Support the continued improvement SGS Apprenticeships
• Observe and take responsibility for the College Health and Safety policies, including the duty to take reasonable care to avoid injury to themselves or others by their work activities or omissions, and to co-operate with their Employer in the discharge of its statutory duties
• Any other duties required by the line manager or Head of Sector that are commensurate with the grade
