Job summary

LIVINGWAY UK in Manchester is seeking a proactive Leasing Manager to own how homes are let across the portfolio, turning enquiries into compliant, paid move-ins and driving resident retention. You will run end-to-end leasing, oversee the AI leasing assistant, and work with Resident Liaisons and Community Managers.

Essential experience includes 2+ years in lettings with a track record of achieving occupancy targets and strong CRM/spreadsheet skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings with targets and occupancy metrics.
• Knowledge of tenancy process: referencing, Right to Rent, deposits.
• Proven ability to close enquiries and convert viewings to lets.
• Excellent reporting and weekly KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversion and pipeline management from enquiry to move-in.
• AI leasing assistant oversight and personal follow-up calls.
• Prepare tenancy documents; ensure referencing and Right to Rent checks.
• Manage holding fees and move-in monies; handover to site team.
• Owner resident retention and annual rent reviews; re-market units.
• Monitor pricing, market intel, and support new scheme launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, Resident Experience and site teams on leasing strategy.
• Deliver weekly leasing reports and provide updates to owners.
