Job summary

The People Pod is seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join our Leeds team. You will lead leasing for a brand-new Build to Rent development, manage inquiries, conduct viewings and convert prospects into move-ins.

You will work with modern systems and AI-assisted processes to streamline admin and focus on building relationships. Ideal candidates have sales or leasing experience, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lettings or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lease a brand-new Build to Rent development in Leeds city centre.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Convert enquiries into applications and move-ins.
• Manage applicants throughout the leasing journey.
• Conduct viewings and build strong customer relationships.
• Support leasing activity across wider Leeds properties.
• Manage listings and ensure property information remains accurate.
• Provide market feedback, customer insights and leasing trends.
