Job summary

Residential Living Recruitment is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance at a premium build-to-rent development in Leeds. You will shape leasing strategy, optimise pricing, and drive occupancy from first enquiry through to move-in, ensuring an outstanding resident journey.

Working with asset management and operations, you will analyse market data to maximise rental income, minimise voids, coach a team of leasing consultants, and deliver strong occupancy and revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' residential lettings experience with a proven sales track record.
• Experience in Build to Rent, PRS, new build residential or high-volume lettings environments.
• Knowledge of tenancy agreements and lettings legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing performance and occupancy across a premium residential asset.
• Develop and implement lease-up and ongoing leasing strategies.
• Coach a team of leasing consultants to achieve targets.
• Monitor local market activity, competitor performance and rental trends.
• Analyse pricing and customer data to inform revenue strategies.
• Recommend and execute marketing campaigns to support leasing objectives.
• Ensure all advertising channels and property listings are optimised and compliant.
• Oversee apartment presentation, staging and viewing standards.
• Negotiate tenancy agreements to maximise value and support asset performance.
• Manage end-to-end tenancy process including referencing and move-ins.
