Job summary

Jobtailor in Norwich is seeking an experienced housing/leasehold professional to manage leasehold processes and review legislation. You will deliver a compliant, customer-focused service to homeowners and leaseholders, and handle complex inquiries.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, overseeing Section 20 and QLTA consultations while maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold management and relevant legislation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and confidence.
• Proficiency in MS packages.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Confidence working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and customer focus.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting leases and relevant legislation.
• Confidence investigating non-standard cases.
• Strong understanding of Section 20 and QLTA consultations.
• Experience managing homeowner permission requests, including subletting and major alterations.
• Solid standard of education and experience in leasehold management and legislation highly desirable.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.]
