Lifestone Homes Limited is seeking a Homeownership Officer to join our Homeownership Services team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You will handle leasehold matters, guide residents and colleagues, and manage a varied caseload including resales, permissions, and lease extensions.

You will provide expert advice on leasehold issues, liaise with residents and partners, and help ensure value for money while delivering a high‑quality service across our operating area.

Formación

• Experience in leasehold, homeownership or housing management.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and leasehold practices.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with residents and partners.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Creative and solution-oriented approach to problems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 100% resale enquiries and conveyancing admin within timescales.
• Respond to legal enquiries and work with internal/external legal teams.
• Process lease permission applications including alterations.
• Administer lease extensions and associated processes.
• Support Section 20 consultations and prepare statutory notices.
• Collaborate with Property Services, Asset Management and Development teams on works affecting homeowners.
• Provide specialist advice on leasehold and freehold matters across the organisation.
• Advocate for homeowners and understand their needs and expectations.
• Attend site visits and post-occupation reviews as required.
• Support service improvement projects and homeowner engagement initiatives.
