Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in Norwich is seeking three Home Ownership Specialists to join our Home Ownership Directorate. You will manage a varied caseload of home ownership enquiries and transactions, ensuring a professional, compliant and high-quality service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing or property management
• Strong knowledge of leasehold management and relevant legislation
• Experience reviewing and interpreting leases and policy documentation
• Excellent customer service, written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to investigate complex or nonstandard cases and identify appropriate solutions
• Confidence managing challenging situations professionally and sensitively
• Proficiency in MS packages
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining quality, accuracy and compliance
• Strong personal accountability and ownership of work
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships
• Proactive and adaptable approach with a focus on continuous improvement
