Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Home Ownership Specialist to join our Norwich team. In this hybrid role based at Reed House, you will manage a varied caseload of home ownership enquiries and transactions, ensuring a compliant, customer focused service while interpreting leases, legislation and policy.

You will review complex information, work with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of leasehold management and relevant legislation.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting leases and policy documentation.
• Excellent customer service, written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to investigate complex or nonstandard cases and identify appropriate solutions.
• Confidence managing challenging situations professionally and sensitively.
• Proficiency in MS packages.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining quality, accuracy and compliance.
• Strong personal accountability and ownership of work.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships.
• Proactive and adaptable approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
