eNL is seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its thriving Property Litigation team in London. The role covers collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, landlord and tenant disputes, and related advisory work, offering genuine autonomy and a strong client base.

With 2+ PQE and experience in leasehold matters, you will manage your own caseload, draft complex documents, and contribute to the firm's growth while enjoying a supportive, partner-led environment and a balanced

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with minimum 2 years' PQE in leasehold enfranchisement or related property discipline.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills; able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including collective enfranchisement and lease extensions.
• Handle landlord and tenant disputes, service charge matters, and First-tier Tribunal applications.
• Advise on easements, boundaries, and restrictive covenants; draft high-quality documentation.
