Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a specialist property team in South West London. The role offers ownership of complex enfranchisement matters and a key role in supervising junior fee earners.

You will manage a busy caseload including statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and Right of First Refusal/Right to Manage issues, while contributing to the team’s development and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Strong experience in leasehold enfranchisement and related landlord & tenant work.
• Able to manage complex matters independently from instruction through to completion.
• Confident supervising and mentoring junior fee earners.
• Strong technical knowledge of statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a specialist property team in South West London.

This is an opportunity to join a busy specialist practice where enfranchisement is a genuine area of focus, taking ownership of complex matters while also playing an important role in the supervision and development of junior fee earners.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of technically complex enfranchisement and landlord & tenant matters
• Statutory lease extensions
• Collective enfranchisement and freehold acquisitions
• Right of First Refusal and Right to Manage matters
• Missing landlord applications
• Deeds of variation and related leasehold matters
• Supervising and supporting junior fee earners
• Acting as a point of contact and escalation on more complex matters before director involvement is required
• Contributing to the continued development of the team and maintaining a high standard of client service

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong experience in leasehold enfranchisement and related landlord & tenant work
• Able to manage complex matters independently from instruction through to completion
• Confident supervising and mentoring junior fee earners
• Strong technical knowledge of statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility within a specialist team
• Strong client management and communication skills.
