eNL is seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its thriving Property Litigation team in London. The role covers collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, landlord and tenant disputes, and related advisory work, offering genuine autonomy and a strong client base.

With 2+ PQE and experience in leasehold matters, you will manage your own caseload, draft complex documents, and contribute to the firm's growth while enjoying a supportive, partner-led environment and a balanced

Qualifications

THE ROLE:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a thriving Property Litigation team. You will manage a varied caseload covering collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, landlord and tenant disputes, service charge matters, First-tier Tribunal applications, residential and commercial possession claims, forfeiture, and advisory work relating to easements, boundaries, and restrictive covenants. Working within a supportive, partner-led team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while playing an active role in the continued growth of the department. This role offers genuine autonomy, high levels of client contact and excellent long-term career prospects.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions, residential or commercial property, or a related property discipline. You will be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and possess strong technical knowledge of leasehold property matters. The successful candidate will have excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills, together with a proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
