• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, landlord and tenant disputes, service charge matters, First-tier Tribunal applications, and possession claims.
• Advise on easements, boundaries and restrictive covenants.
• Work within a partner-led team to support growth and deliver high-quality service.
