Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a specialist property team in South West London. The role offers ownership of complex enfranchisement matters and a key role in supervising junior fee earners.

You will manage a busy caseload including statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and Right of First Refusal/Right to Manage issues, while contributing to the team’s development and client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• Strong experience in leasehold enfranchisement and related landlord & tenant work.
• Able to manage complex matters independently from instruction through to completion.
• Confident supervising and mentoring junior fee earners.
• Strong technical knowledge of statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of enfranchisement and landlord & tenant matters.
• Handle statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement cases.
• Oversee Right of First Refusal and Right to Manage matters.
• Support and supervise junior fee earners and escalate complex issues.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the team and client service.
