Job summary

Springer Nature is seeking a Learning Technologist in London (Hybrid) to maximise the Nature Masterclasses learning technology ecosystem, focusing on ownership and optimisation of the Docebo platform. You will work with the Learning Design, Publishing and Product teams to shape learner experiences and improve platform functionality.

You will develop, maintain and publish digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline while supporting QA, accessibility and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Experience developing or optimising learning platforms and technologies to improve learner outcomes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Articulate Rise and/or Storyline.
• Experience QA and testing activities.
• Strong understanding of learner support and digital learning delivery.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using reporting and analytics to support decisions.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise the Nature Masterclasses Docebo platform.
• Act as SME for Docebo functionality, administration and best practice.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement learning pathways and learner experiences.
• Collaborate with publishing, product and learning design teams to improve learner engagement and platform adoption.
• Configure and maintain platform settings, reporting and learner management processes.
