Job summary

Dynatrace University is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to own the full lifecycle of learning events in Docebo, from intake to post-event CSAT. You will configure events, manage content, and maintain catalog standards, ensuring scalable, well-governed learning assets across audiences and tiers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience.
• Docebo experience strongly preferred; equivalent platforms considered.
• Strong understanding of LMS architecture (events, courses, paths, catalogs, user management).
• Experience building and running LMS reports (attendance, completion, survey data).
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive communicator.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and QA Docebo learning events end-to-end (metadata, content linking, enrollment rules, instructor assignment, scheduling, waitlists, completion tracking).
• Manage learning paths, curricula, and catalog organization with audience or tier gating.
• Set up automations (enrollments, reminders, surveys, certificates) and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain user records and enrollment data; surface data via regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Audit event records, content links, permissions, and configuration to ensure platform health.
