Job summary

Springer Nature is seeking a Learning Technologist in London (Hybrid) to maximise the value of the Nature Masterclasses learning technology ecosystem, focusing on the Docebo platform and digital content development.

You will collaborate with the Learning Design Manager, Publishing Team and Product Team to enhance learner experience, implement improvements, and support courses through Rise, Storyline and related tools.

Qualifications

Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Experience developing or optimising learning platforms to improve learner experience and business outcomes.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Articulate Rise and/or Storyline.
Experience conducting quality assurance and testing activities.

Responsibilities

Own and optimise the Nature Masterclasses Docebo platform. Act as the team's subject matter expert for Docebo functionality and best practices.
Develop, maintain and publish digital learning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Analyse learner engagement and platform usage data to drive improvements.
Collaborate with publishing, product and learning design teams to enhance learner experiences.
