Job summary

Springer Nature is seeking an Associate Publishing Manager for Nature Masterclasses in London. The role focuses on coordinating online training products, including courses and webinars, with internal and external experts and a strong emphasis on quality and timely delivery.

You will work closely with Publishing, Learning Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, update and organise content, manage costs and ensure high-quality outcomes across global audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating online training content production and delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects with timelines and budgets.
• Strong collaboration with editorial, marketing and learning-design teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of Nature Masterclasses content, courses and webinars.
• Lead production of video content and manage QC, rights and permissions.
• Track costs and manage project timelines; prepare progress updates for stakeholders.
• Support marketing and sales with content-ready collateral and exhibitions.
