Job summary

Instinct Resourcing is seeking a Learning Technologist to own the day-to-day management of its learning technology and digital platforms. You will oversee the LMS, handling configuration, system administration, integrations, user management and ongoing technical support to a busy staff base.

You will also deliver workshops and staff training, advise colleagues on learning technology, and drive the introduction of new tools and systems across the organisation, closely collaborating with IT,

Qualifications

  • Strong experience administering and managing Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience configuring LMS, user management, permissions and platform maintenance.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data and/or databases.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting integrations and working with third-party technology suppliers.
  • Ability to analyse LMS data and develop reporting and insights.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience delivering workshops, training or guidance around learning technology.
  • Experience working within learning, education or professional development environments.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, UX and UI principles.
  • Experience working with CRM-to-LMS integrations.
  • Training or events management experience.
  • Experience using Brightspace.
  • Experience within a professional membership or chartered organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the LMS including system administration, configuration, integrations and user management.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Deliver workshops and staff training on learning technology and tools.
  • Advise colleagues on learning technology and support adoption of new systems across the organisation.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established professional membership organisation, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of its learning technology and digital platforms.

As a Learning Technologist, you will oversee the LMS, focusing on system administration, configuration, integrations, user management and technical support. You will work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to maintain and improve the platform.

You will also deliver workshops and staff training, advise colleagues on learning technology, and support the introduction of new tools and systems across the organisation.
