Learning Technologist (Digital Skills & Assistive Technology)
Fixed Term (6 months)
35 hours per week
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Learning Technologist (Digital Skills & Assistive Technology) to join our Learning and Teaching Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing the digital capabilities of both staff and students while ensuring learning technologies are applied in ways that are accessible, inclusive and impactful.
Working across the College, you will design and deliver engaging digital skills training, support the effective use of assistive technologies, and contribute to the development of a high-quality learning experience for all learners.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Degree/HND/HNC level qualification or equivalent experience along with excellent digital and communications skills. They will also be extremely pro-active in keeping up to date with the latest technologies and able to translate technical topics into a format that is contextualised and easy for staff and students to understand.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and deliver training and experience of creating pedagogically sound learning materials for a diverse client base.
