Job summary

Aspire People is helping a Merthyr Tydfil primary school recruit an experienced LSA to support Key Stage 2 students in Years 3–6. The role involves delivering engaging sessions, assisting with classroom activities, and moving across year groups as needed to support pupils.

The successful candidate will have a passion for helping pupils with additional needs, including SNRB students, and will work within a collaborative, supportive team focused on high standards and safeguarding.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6).
  • Confident and knowledgeable with the curriculum and able to mark work and provide feedback.
  • Passionate about supporting students with additional needs (including SNRB).

Responsibilities
