Aspire People seeks an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a thriving Primary School in Pontypridd. You will support Key Stage 2 pupils, including SNRB learners, across year groups, delivering engaging activities and assisting staff to create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Passion for supporting students with additional needs, including SNRB.

Responsibilities

  • Support KS2 pupils across different year groups as needed.
  • Deliver engaging learning activities and adapt to pupil needs.
  • Mark or assist with marking and provide timely feedback to pupils.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to plan lessons.
  • Support students with additional needs to access learning effectively.
