Morley College London is seeking a supportive Learning Support Assistant to help learners with additional learning needs achieve educational goals. You will work with Additional Learning Support and curriculum colleagues, providing individual and group support both inside and outside the classroom.

You will help learners develop confidence, independence and time-management skills while monitoring progress. The role emphasizes safeguarding, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with staff

Formación

• Educated to Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience of working face-to-face with students in a busy environment.
• Understanding of Further and Adult Education sector and accessibility barriers.
• Able to build positive relationships and adapt approach to needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group support inside and outside the classroom.
• Agree support plans with learners and monitor progress.
• Support learners to develop confidence, independence and time-management.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with learners, staff and carers.
