Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support students with additional needs in the classroom, assisting with learning resources and equipment.
• Provide personal care support, including hoists and specialist equipment.
• Draw up agreed support plans with SMART targets and monitor progress.
• Manage a caseload of students, liaising with teaching staff and external partners.
• Participate in meetings, training, and college-wide activities.
