Job summary

London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner for Fairholme Primary School in Feltham. The role is 30 hours per week during term time, with a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, and a salary of £33,129–£35,109 per annum.

The successful candidate will support KS2 learners, work with individuals, small groups and whole classes, and uphold safeguarding and inclusion standards within a collaborative school team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with KS2 learners in a school setting.
• Ability to adapt approach to meet individual learning and SEND needs.
• Ability to support individuals, small groups and whole-class learning.
• Good standard of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support children in KS2 to achieve progress.

• £33,129 – £35,109 per annum (full time equivalent)
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm / 30 hours per week
• Fixed Term contract until 31st August 2027
• Part-time, term-time. including INSET days
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Closing date: Monday 5 October 2026 at 10:00am
