Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Learning Support Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in the Feltham area, working with pupils across KS2 to build confidence, remove barriers and raise attainment.

You will deliver targeted interventions, support individual and small groups, collaborate with teachers, and help create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications

• Has experience supporting children within KS2.
• Builds positive, meaningful relationships with pupils and staff.
• Understands how to adapt learning for individual needs, including SEND.
• Is confident delivering interventions and supporting classroom learning.
• Promotes positive behaviour and high expectations.
• Is proactive, organised and able to use their own initiative.
• Works collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
• Is passionate about helping children succeed.
