onlyFE in Wigston is seeking a Learning Support Worker to assist learners with SEND. The role is 30 hours per week over 35 weeks per year, part-time term-time.

You will provide high-quality support in and out of the classroom, work with teaching staff to adapt to students' needs, and maintain progress records. The position offers a pro-rata salary and benefits, including pension and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) required.
• Experience supporting learners with SEND in further education.
• Experience providing in-class support to help students achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality support in and out of the classroom.
• Work with teaching staff to promote a well-managed environment and adaptations for students.
• Maintain accurate records relating to learning support and student progress.
