Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help deliver high-quality support across the college and support students with learning needs. The role is full-time, term-time only and based at our London campuses.

You will work with learners aged 14+ who may have learning or behavioural difficulties, providing proactive, reliable support, administrative assistance, and contribution to an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with learners aged 14+ with learning or behavioural difficulties.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy FE environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical learning support to students on a range of courses.
• Support with tracking, admin and use of college systems.
