Job summary

Capital City College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to assist learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities across London campuses. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, with a focus on differentiating teaching to meet individual learner needs.

This full-time, term-time only permanent post is based across CCC campuses, supporting students aged 14 and above. A proactive, organised approach and clear communication are essential for success in a collaborative college

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
• Experience with learners aged 14 and up.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in groups and 1:1 settings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to college systems.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in 1:1 and small-group settings.
• Differentiate and facilitate learning according to learner needs.
• Provide floating support across campuses as required.
