Job summary

East Coast College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support education and learning within Further Education, helping to optimise engagement, progression and achievement across our Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth campuses.

You will work with a range of students across Curriculum Areas, understand individual needs, and collaborate with tutors to drive learning outcomes and student success. The role supports safeguarding and requires flexibility across campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with a wide range of learning and/or physical needs.
• Support learning across classroom, workshop, work experience, trips and visits.
• Willing to work across campuses and commit to safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide invaluable support to students and staff to optimise engagement, progression and achievement across campuses.
• Work with tutors to identify learning outcomes and drive student success.
