Job summary

Garston CE Primary School and the Trust is seeking a dedicated SEND support assistant to work with children in a school setting. You will provide tailored learning and pastoral support to pupils, focusing on inclusion and high standards of behavior.

You will collaborate with teachers and the wider staff team to deliver effective interventions across English and maths, while upholding safeguarding and ethical values of the trust.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
