Job summary

Tradewind Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Worksop. You will support pupils to access the curriculum and foster an inclusive, positive learning environment, working closely with teachers.

The role focuses on assisting students with varied abilities, including those with SEND, and involves helping prepare learning resources and tracking progress alongside school staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
