Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive secondary school in Milton Keynes for a full-time, long-term role. The role involves helping students engage with learning, building confidence and independence inside and outside the classroom.

You will assist with one-to-one and small-group support, work across a range of subjects and collaborate with teachers and SEND/pastoral teams to create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in schools preferred but not essential.
• Backgrounds in teaching assistance, SEN/SEND support, youth work, care or support work.
• Graduates encouraged to apply for experience in education.

Tradewind RecruitmentTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive secondary school in the Milton Keynes area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and helping students overcome barriers to their learning. You will work closely with teaching and support staff to ensure students receive the encouragement, guidance and additional support they need to make positive progress.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support students both inside and outside of the classroom, helping them engage with their education and develop their confidence and independence.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting students with additional learning needs

Who Are We Looking For?

Previous experience within a school would be beneficial, but it is not essential if you have relevant transferable experience working with children, young people or individuals who require additional support.
