Job summary

Capital City College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities across our London campuses. The role involves working with small groups, 1:1, and as floating support to differentiate and facilitate learning according to individual needs.

You will join a friendly team committed to high-quality learner support, with opportunities to develop in a dynamic FE environment and contribute to an inclusive student experience across 38 weeks

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time, term-time only permanent basis. This role is term time only, working 38 weeks per year.

To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioural difficulties) within the Campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner need. You will be working with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
• Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up
