Job summary

Capital City College seeks a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities at multiple London campuses. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, flexible floating duties, and helping differentiate learning to meet pupil needs.

You’ll join a collaborative team in a diverse, inclusive environment, providing proactive assistance and reliable administrative support across college processes, with DBS checks as part of safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with multi-tasking accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication.
• Confidence using systems and IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities including emotional/behavioural needs.
• Work with small groups and 1:1 sessions, including floating support across sites.
• Differentiate and facilitate learning to meet learner needs.
