Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education. You will support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and behavioural difficulties) in campus settings, differentiate and facilitate learning, and work with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.

You will join a friendly, professional team committed to high-quality support and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Confidence with systems, processes, and good tracking/IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional/behavioural difficulties).
• Differentiate and facilitate learning to meet learner needs across campuses.
• Work with learners in small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.
