BHASVIC is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the college’s Additional Learning Support Department. You will help learners across A level and BTEC Level 3 and support GCSE Maths/English resits, fostering an inclusive environment.

The role offers term-time hours, 34 hours per week over 39 weeks, with flexible start and finish times between 8am–5pm, and a pro-rata salary of £25,150. Automatic membership of LGPS is provided.

Competenze

• Experience working in post-16 education preferred.
• Ability to support learners with barriers to learning.
• Willingness to participate in training and development.

Mansioni

• Support learners in A level and BTEC Level 3 courses.
• Assist with Maths/English GCSE resits.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor learner progress.
