The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join the Additional Learning Support Department at Berkshire College of Agriculture Maidenhead. The role is part-time, term-time only, 37 hours/week across 37 term-time weeks with pro-rata salary on Scale G of the Support Staff pay scale.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will support classes, groups or individuals in line with EHCPs, and contribute to planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 qualifications (GCSE A-C) in English and Mathematics.
• Experience working with young adults, ideally in education.
• Ability to work across departments or remotely online.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive approach.
• Must adhere to college policies including safeguarding, risk management and health and safety.

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Help students overcome physical, emotional or learning barriers; support with assignments and exam preparation.
• Support development of English, mathematics and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records.
• Adapt learning materials and support the use of specialist equipment.
