Hull College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (Casual) to provide confidential, customer-focused support to learners with additional needs. You will work with the Team Leader and curriculum staff to help learners access services and complete their studies, contributing to a positive learning environment.
The role requires GCSE English & Maths at Grade C (or equivalent), and a collaborative, approachable manner to support all learners and staff across college activities.
We are looking forLearning Support Assistants toprovide a high quality and confidential customer-focussed support service to learners with additional learner support needs, working closely with the wider learner services department to ensure the service meets the needs of learners.
Successful candidates will enable learners to study independently and achieve their learning goals. The LSA will work collaboratively with their Team Leader and curriculum staff to meet the needs of learners who have identified learning needs.
