LEO Academy Trust is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for the ASD Centre at Chandlers Field Primary Academy. The role runs 31.25 hours weekly, 08:30–15:15, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break.

Qualifications

• Understanding of how children learn and experience supporting pupils in a school setting.
• Knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and pupils.
• A "can-do" attitude, a sense of humour, and the ability to use your initiative.
• A Level 3 Diploma in supporting teaching and learning is desirable but not essential.
