Chandlers Field Primary Academy is seeking a Learning Support Assistant and Midday Supervisor to join our team. Start ASAP on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027, with term-time hours 31.25 per week (08:30–15:15, Mon–Fri).
Salary ranges reflect PS3/PS1-2 scales for LSA and Midday Supervisor, pro-rated to actual hours. Role focuses on supporting pupils' learning and managing lunchtime supervision, working closely with class teachers to help pupils flourish in a safe, inclusive environment
Start Date: ASAP, fixed term until 31 August 2027 when it will be reviewed
Hours: 08:30 - 15:15 Monday - Friday 31.25 hours per week (28.75 hours LSA / 2.5 hours Midday Supervisor) with 30 minute unpaid break.

This is a brilliant opportunity to support our pupils’ academic journeys whilst ensuring they have a safe and happy experience during the lunchtime break. You’ll work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning so they can really flourish.

This includes obtaining an enhanced DBS certificate and checking the barred list, confirming your identity and right to work in the UK, and verifying your professional qualifications. We will also carry out overseas checks where applicable.
