Qualifications

• Experience with children or young people.
• Patient, caring and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning, confidence and development.
• Work alongside teachers to create a positive classroom environment.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where needed.
• Help pupils overcome learning and behavioural barriers.
