Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and specialist Secondary SEN School in Bury, supporting students aged 11-19 with a range of additional needs.
You will be a mentor and role model, working with teachers and support staff on a 1:1 and small group basis, encouraging engagement, personal development and confidence in a safe, inclusive learning environment.

This is more than a classroom role. You'll be a mentor, role model and source of encouragement, helping students build confidence, independence and essential life skills every day.
Working alongside teachers and support staff, you will:
Previous experience working with children, young people or within SEN settings is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
