Job summary

Colnbrook School in Watford is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role is permanent with flexible hours (35 hours term-time plus 5 INSET days or 30 hours with INSET), start asap, and salary pro rata (£17,500–£20,500 actual depending on hours).

You will support children aged 4–11 with a wide range of learning needs, contribute to an holistic, bespoke curriculum, and participate in a strong CPD program while working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary
