Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Social and Emotional Mental Health / Behavioural Needs
Location: Redditch
Salary Scale: £85 – £95 a day
Contract Type: Temp – Perm
We are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEMH provision in Redditch. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to apply restorative practices to support students' social and emotional development.
We prioritize empathy in working with young people and encourage our staff to build strong relationships from the outset. Your role will focus on establishing these relationships early on, while demonstrating your academic potential and social maturity.
