Learning Support Assistant for SEND School - September 2025

Location: West Midlands | Contract type: Temporary | Salary: £100 - £115 per day

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a SEND school starting September 2025.

Role Overview

Are you an experienced LSA eager for a new challenge? Do you want to make a positive impact on children with additional needs?

A fantastic special needs school in Staffordshire is looking for a positive, enthusiastic LSA to join their team. You will work with students who have autism, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviors, requiring excellent behavior management skills and a supportive approach. Your role will involve working on a one-to-one basis with students and supporting the Class Teacher as needed.

School Details

The school, located near Stafford, offers an adapted curriculum for students aged 11-16 who cannot attend mainstream education.

Candidate Requirements

It is essential to have a good standard of education and the ability to identify areas for development when working with students on a one-to-one basis.
