Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a welcoming school in Harwich, seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide flexible support across the school. The successful candidate will assist with learning, classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment.

The role involves one-to-one or small group support and helping pupils' social, emotional and academic development, across different classes and year groups, within a supportive staff team.

The successful LSA will be responsible for supporting pupils with their learning, assisting the class teacher with classroom activities, helping to maintain a purposeful learning environment, providing one-to-one or small group support where required, and supporting pupils social, emotional and academic development.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
