TeacherActive Ltd in Harwich is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to inspire and support pupils across the school. You will assist the class teacher with classroom activities, help maintain a purposeful learning environment and provide flexible support where needed.

The role focuses on supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development, with opportunities to work one-to-one or in small groups.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide flexible support across the school. The successful LSA will be responsible for supporting pupils with their learning, assisting the class teacher with classroom activities, helping to maintain a purposeful learning environment, providing one-to-one or small group support where required, and supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school or education setting
