TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming school in Chelmsford. You will provide flexible support across the school, assisting pupils with learning and classroom activities, and helping to maintain a positive learning environment.

The role involves one-to-one or small group support, and contributing to pupils' social, emotional and academic development. You will work alongside a friendly, collaborative staff team dedicated to pupil wellbeing.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide flexible support across the school. The successful LSA will be responsible for supporting pupils with their learning, assisting the class teacher with classroom activities, helping to maintain a purposeful learning environment, providing one-to-one or small group support where required, and supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school or education setting


• A patient, caring and supportive approach
