TeacherActive Ltd is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming school in Grays. The role supports pupils’ learning across the school, assisting teachers, and aiding social, emotional, and academic development.

The candidate should be patient, flexible and capable of working across different classes, with a commitment to helping pupils reach their full potential. Salary is £80-£100 per day, on-site, permanent, with PAYE tax handling.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide flexible support across the school. The successful LSA will be responsible for supporting pupils with their learning, assisting the class teacher with classroom activities, helping to maintain a purposeful learning environment, providing one-to-one or small group support where required, and supporting pupils’ social, emotional and academic development.
